SEND staffing structure
We invest heavily into our SEND provision and this is reflected in our staffing structures. We have a number of strategic roles for Inclusion across the Trust which include:

Specialist Roles
There are several specialist roles within the team which include:
- Literacy Specialists
- Numeracy Specialists
- Intervention and Inclusion Specialist
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Specialists
- Psychometric Testing and Intervention Specialist
- Modern Foreign Languages Specialist
Our specialist staff will carry out one to one interventions and small group sessions with our students where necessary.
They will also track and monitor progress data to ensure that students make progress within their respective areas.
