The Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the Laurus Trust have now selected their preferred contractor for the design and build of both Laurus Cheadle Hulme and Cheadle Hulme Primary School.

A contractor partner, BAM Construction, has now been selected and the designs have been progressed. You can view our updated proposals below that were presented at the pre-planning consultation event on 14th June.  Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that planning permission was awarded in October 2017.
