As an Associate College of the National Institute of Teaching, we work with partner schools and Laurus Trust schools to train you to become the best teacher possible.
Our one-year programme ensures you gain practical classroom experience across all age groups in outstanding settings. You will be in school and teaching from the start, giving you the practical experience you need to feel confident in the classroom from the day you graduate as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
