Happy New Year from everyone at the Laurus Trust! 2018 is going to be a very special year for our schools and all of our students. We are delighted to announce the signing of the funding agreements for our 3 new free schools opening in September 2018. These are the legal agreements between the trust and the Secretary of State for Education that sets out all the terms under which our new schools will operate. It is an important step in the journey to opening these schools. The building work for our new secondary and primary schools in Cheadle Hulme is well underway, and we have submitted planning applications for our new schools in Tameside and Didsbury. Exciting times!
